Specifically, the cement tractor with license plate 37R 0076 driven by Tran The Hoang (born in 1987, hometown in Hamlet 10 Van Son, Do Luong) crashed head-on into the tanker of Luan Nhan Private Enterprise with license plate 37R 00611 driven by Ho Trong Kim (born in 1975, hometown in Hamlet 5 Ngoc Son, Quynh Luu).

The accident caused severe damage to both vehicles, with driver Tran The Hoang trapped in the cabin and driver Ho Trong Kim injured.

Firefighters had to use hydraulic lifters to rescue the victims.

After arriving at the scene, the fire police used ball tools, hydraulic pullers, winches and professional measures to cut down the cabin and rescue the victim.
