International tourists join Vietnamese people in watching parades and marches

On many streets of Hanoi, it is not difficult to see foreign tourists joining in the joy with millions of Vietnamese people on the important holiday, National Day, September 2.

Police work with restaurant that poured soapy water to chase away parade viewers

The police of Cua Nam ward (Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi) worked with the owner of restaurant number 35 Hang Khay after a clip appeared recording the scene of two employees of this establishment pouring soapy water and scrubbing the sidewalk at a time when many residents and tourists had spread tarps and plastic sheets to wait to watch the parade and march to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day.
Riding an electric bike more than 100km to Hanoi to watch the parade, two girls were lucky to meet the traffic police.

On the evening of September 1, the working group of Road Traffic Police Team No. 8 (Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police) discovered two children walking their electric bicycles on National Highway 1A, section Km213+350. Realizing that the children were showing signs of getting lost, the police promptly stopped to assist.
