Rushed into the emergency room and beat someone to death
While taking his friend to the emergency room at Phu Xuyen General Hospital (Hanoi), Mr. Hoan was beaten to death by a group of young men.
On October 2, Hanoi People's Court opened the first instance trial of Le Van Duong (24 years old), Doan Trung Tien (24 years old) and Nguyen Trung Du (23 years old) for the same crime.Killing.

On the evening of September 2, 2017, Lam Nhu Hoan and some young men went to a cafe after eating hot pot. On the way back, Hoan and his friends met Duong's group.
Having had a previous conflict, Duong attacked and injured Hoan's friend, then went out to drink. Hoan took his injured friend to Phu Xuyen General Hospital for emergency treatment.
While drinking, Duong and his friends heard that their "rivals" were in the hospital, so they all went there. In the emergency room, Duong and his friends used their hands, feet, and stainless steel sticks to attack Hoan's group.
Due to being beaten by a group, Mr. Hoan died, the perpetrators fled and later turned themselves in.
The court sentenced Duong to life in prison, Tien and Du each to 14 years in prison.
