Heartbreaking story of a little girl drowning while bathing in a mini inflatable pool at home
(Baonghean.vn) - According to information from the local government of Chau Hoi commune (Quy Chau), a 2-year-old child drowned while swimming in a pre-installed swimming pool at home.
The victim was 2-year-old Lu Thi AT, residing in Tan village, Chau Hoi commune, Quy Chau district, Nghe An.
Accordingly, at around 10am this morning (April 19), 2-year-old Lu Thi AT was at home with her grandparents. Due to the hot weather, her grandmother pumped water for her to bathe and unfortunately drowned. At the time of the incident, the child's grandmother was at home but was busy working, leading to the heartbreaking incident.
Upon discovering the incident, she called her neighbors to give AT first aid and take her to the emergency room, but the girl had already died.
It is known that the girl's parents are working far away, and the family's circumstances are very difficult. Immediately after the incident, local authorities visited the victim's house to visit, encourage and help the family with funeral arrangements.
