Handling the case of posting false information about Corona virus in Ky Son
(Baonghean.vn) - A subject spreading false rumors about people dying from Corona virus in Ky Son district has just been handled by the authorities.
On the afternoon of February 4, a representative of the Ky Son District Police said that the police had promptly investigated and clarified the case of Chich Van Quan, residing in La Ngan village, Chieu Luu commune, posting false information about the death of Mr. Ng. in Luu Thang village, Chieu Luu commune, related to the Corona virus.

Accordingly, during the investigation, Chich Van Quan admitted that the entire content of the Facebook post "Chich Dinh Quang" created and managed by Quan about Mr. Ng's death was completely fabricated, written and posted by Quan himself on social networks with the purpose of attracting likes, comments and to get more Facebook friends.
According to the conclusion of Ky Son District Medical Center, the cause of Mr. Ng's death was hepatitis B, unrelated to the Corona virus.
Currently, the District Police are completing the dossier to handle according to legal regulations.
