Restaurant owner fined for violating Covid-19 prevention regulations
(Baonghean.vn) - Despite being reminded, Ms. NTL, owner of a food service business in Nghi Quang commune, Nghi Loc district, still maintains sales activities for customers to eat at the restaurant.
Nghi Loc District has just issued a decision to impose an administrative penalty for failing to comply with measures to prevent and control infectious diseases as required by competent agencies and organizations for a food service business establishment in the area.

Specifically, at 7:20 a.m. on June 16, 2021, a working group of the Nghi Quang Commune People's Committee inspected the T.D food service business, located in Trung Tien hamlet, Nghi Quang commune, Nghi Loc district, managed by Ms. NTL. At the time of the inspection, Ms. NTL was still maintaining sales activities for customers eating at the restaurant.
The above behavior violates Clause 2, Article 14, Decree No. 117/2020/ND-CP dated September 28, 2020 of the Government onpunishadministrative violations in the medical field.
Accordingly, the Chairman of Nghi Loc District People's Committee decided to fine Ms. NTL 5 million VND.
