110 billion VND to renovate the moat around Vinh Citadel

(Baonghean.vn) - The project to upgrade and renovate the moat around Vinh Citadel, part of the Project to develop medium-sized cities in Vietnam - Vinh City Sub-project, is currently in the site clearance stage.

The project has a total planning area of ​​6,475 hectares (through Cua Nam, Quang Trung, and Doi Cung wards). Total investment is about 110 billion VND.

According to the compensation plan for land acquisition, 299 households will be affected, of which 50 households will have to resettle. The compensation and support for land acquisition needs VND54 billion. Currently, Vinh City People's Committee has completed the compensation plan for Doi Cung and Quang Trung wards and blocks 2 and 3 - Cua Nam ward. To have funds for compensation for land acquisition, the city is promoting land auctions.
