Ashui Awards 2023 Award Ceremony at Vinh Citadel
(Baonghean.vn) - On the evening of January 13, at Tien Mon of Vinh Ancient Citadel (Cua Nam Ward, Vinh City), Ashui.com Architecture - Construction Forum coordinated with local authorities to organize the Ashui Awards 2023 Award Ceremony.
The Ashui Awards are considered the "Oscars of the Vietnamese Construction Industry". This event aims to honor architects with outstanding works, who are role models for the profession, and affirm the role of architects in society.
The award also honors valuable new architectural works; honors prestigious contractors, construction engineering firms with high professional quality, investors, and real estate developers with many outstanding contributions to society.
The Ashui Awards system includes 10 categories: Architect of the Year; Project of the Year; Contractor of the Year; Investor of the Year; Engineering Firm of the Year; Future Project of the Year; Green Construction of the Year; Housing of the Year; Interior of the Year; Joint Project of the Year.
From 100 nominations (10 nominations for each category), the Organizing Committee selected 10 nominations with the most votes on Ashui.com to award prizes.
The results are based on community votes (30%) and the Selection Committee (70%), ending at 18:00 on December 30, 2023 via the awards website www.ashui.com/awards.
After 11 times being held in two familiar cities, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, this year, the 12th Ashui Awards 2023 will be held for the first time in Vinh city, Nghe An province.
The chosen location for the event is Tien Mon Thanh.ancient Vinh- a unique architectural work of immense historical and cultural value to Vinh city in particular and Nghe An province in general. The organizers hope that through this event, they will contribute to promoting the image of Vinh Citadel as well as Vinh city to the community of architects and engineers across the country and internationally.
Before the award ceremony, the Organizing Committee of Ashui Awards 2023 held a ribbon cutting ceremony to open the Ashui Pavilion 2024 Exhibition - introducing the official nominations of Ashui Awards 2023 and the Photo Exhibition "Ancient Vinh & Vinh Citadel".
