13 suspects prosecuted in drug case related to the sacrifice of Major Nguyen Dang Khai
Regarding the case of illegal drug trafficking and transportation led by Nguyen Huu Dang (born in 1967), information from the Investigation Police Agency of Quang Ninh Province Police said that so far, this agency has prosecuted and arrested 13 subjects.
According to the Investigation Police Agency, in addition to the 5 suspects arrested in the first days of solving the case related to the sacrifice of Major Nguyen Dang Khai, the Investigation Police Agency of Quang Ninh Province Police has arrested 8 other suspects.
Seized evidence included: 25 heroin cakes, 8.84 grams of synthetic drugs, 2 AK guns, 1 col gun, 3 ammunition boxes, 154 bullets, 1 grenade, 10 detonators, 6 cars and many other related evidence.

The Investigation Police Agency of Quang Ninh Province has issued a decisionprosecutesupplemented the criminal case, prosecuted 13 defendants including 6 crimes: Murder; Illegal drug trafficking; Illegal drug possession; Organizing illegal drug use; Illegal possession and use of military weapons; Concealing criminals.
Specifically, Ha Thuong Hai (born in 1994, residing in Thu Cuc commune, Tan Son district, Phu Tho province) was prosecuted for the following crimes: Murder; Illegal drug trafficking; Illegal drug possession; Organizing illegal drug use; Illegal possession and use of military weapons.
Subject Bui Dinh Khanh (born in 1994, residing in Gieng Day ward, Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province) was prosecuted for the crimes of: Murder; Illegal drug trafficking; Illegal possession and use of military weapons.
Subject Hoang Van Dong (born in 1994, residing in Thu Cuc commune, Tan Son district, Phu Tho province) was prosecuted for the crimes of: Murder; Illegal drug trafficking; Illegal possession and use of military weapons.

Ha Quang Son (born in 1994, residing in Thu Cuc commune, Tan Son district, Phu Tho province) was prosecuted for the crimes of: Murder; Illegal drug trafficking; Illegal possession and use of military weapons.
Subject Nguyen Huu Dang (born in 1967, residing in group 4, zone 5, Tran Hung Dao ward, Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province - uncle of subject Bui Dinh Khanh), was prosecuted for the crime of illegal drug trafficking.
Subject Nguyen Van Linh (born in 1989, residing in Yen Lac town, Yen Lac district, Vinh Phuc province - groom Ha Thuong Hai) was prosecuted for the crime of illegal drug trafficking.
Subject Dinh Van Thiet (born 2001, residing in Thuan hamlet, My Thuan commune, Tan Son district, Phu Tho province - cousin of subject Ha Thuong Hai), was prosecuted for the crimes of: Illegal drug trafficking; Concealing criminals.
6 other subjects were prosecuted for the crime of Concealing a criminal, including: Ngo Thi Tho (born in 1974, residing in the Center 2 area, Thu Cuc commune, Tan Son district, Phu Tho province - biological mother of subject Ha Thuong Hai); Nguyen Thi Hanh (born in 1997, residing in the Center 2 area, Thu Cuc commune, Tan Son district, Phu Tho province - wife of subject Ha Thuong Hai); Bui Xuan Hien (born in 1989, residing in group 12, area 2, Gieng Day ward, Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province - cousin of subject Bui Dinh Khanh).

Lo Van Minh (born in 2002, residing in zone 9, Quang Yen ward, Quang Yen town, Quang Ninh province - cousin of Ha Thuong Hai); Nguyen Thi Hoai Thuong (born in 2005, residing in group 1, Thinh Dang ward, Thai Nguyen city, Thai Nguyen province - girlfriend of Bui Dinh Khanh); Trieu Thi Hien (born in 2005, residing in Luong Ngoc Quyen street, Quang Trung ward, Thai Nguyen city, Thai Nguyen province - girlfriend of Ha Thuong Hai).

Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Quang Ninh Province is continuing to coordinate with the Departments of the Ministry of Public Security and the Police of provinces and cities to investigate and expand the project, thoroughly handling the entire drug trafficking and transportation ring and related subjects.
