130 Nghe An students were awarded training certificates for the Vi and Giam Folk Song Club.

After 3 days of hard work, on the morning of September 13, Nghe An Traditional Arts Center held the closing ceremony of the 2024 Teaching Class for the Nghe Tinh Vi and Giam Folk Song Club in Nghe An province.

Attending the closing ceremony were leaders of the Department of Culture and Sports, the Provincial Traditional Arts Center and 130 students from Vi and Giam folk song clubs in the province.

Speaking at the closing ceremony of the teaching class, musician Tran Quoc Chung - Director of the Provincial Traditional Arts Center stated: The class was only 3 days long, but with their love and passion for Vi and Giam, the students participated fully, enthusiastically and responsibly. Some students with a passionate spirit, although not on the list of candidates, still asked to join the class, which is a happy reality about the practice of heritage in the community.

Through this training course, once again, the students were systematically and systematically supplemented with the characteristics and properties of melodies as well as identified the development and transformation of Vi and Giam folk songs in contemporary life. More specifically, the artists were taught melodies that express character traits such as: "Chim bay chuyen", "Con coc", "Long va, long sung", "Oh pain heart", "Ke lap lo",...

With the new knowledge taught this time, the artists will pass it on to their club members, as material to build scripts and programs, write works with personality content, bring new breath to Vi and Giam folk songs, contribute to enriching and diversifying scripts and programs in localities, and be a good premise to prepare for the Folk Song Festival next year.

By participating in the training course, students can practice, exchange, share knowledge and experience, thereby creating a comfortable and unconstrained learning environment. The performances in the summary program are rich and diverse with many genres. Many artists have experience, good singing voices, and are proficient in composing, editing, and staging the program.
