14 majestic houses sank into the river in the blink of an eye

The clip recorded the scene of the serious landslide that occurred on the bank of the Vam Nao River, flowing through My Hoi Hamlet, My Hoi Dong Commune, Cho Moi District (An Giang) at around 9:20 a.m. on April 22. More than 70m along the bank of the Vam Nao River, along with 14 houses and trees on it, were "swallowed" by the river. Fortunately, a few days before, when the crack was discovered, the local authorities quickly evacuated people and property out of the danger zone. Thanks to that, the landslide did not cause any human casualties. As for people's property, the total damage is estimated at nearly 9 billion VND.
