15 cases tested negative once or more
The 6:00 a.m. news on May 1 of the National Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control said that as of this morning, no new cases of Covid-19 have been recorded.
Currently, 15 cases among the patients being treated have tested negative once or more for the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
Total cases:
- From 6:00 a.m. April 16 to 6:00 a.m. May 1: 15 days Vietnam has no community transmission cases.
- As of 6:00 a.m. on May 1: Vietnam has a total of 130 imported cases that were immediately quarantined.
- From 6:00 p.m. April 30 to 6:00 a.m. May 1: 0 new cases.

- Centralized quarantine at other facilities: 12,246
- Isolation at home, place of residence: 35,217
Treatment situation: According to the report of the Treatment Subcommittee of the National Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control:
- Number of cases testing negative for SARS-CoV-2 for the first time: 10 cases.
- Number of cases testing negative for SARS-CoV-2 twice or more: 5 cases.
