Donated 16 bicycles, each worth 1.5 million VND, to 16 poor but excellent students in Yen Thanh.

16 bicycles, with a total cost of 24 million VND, were given to 16 studious students with difficult circumstances from schools in the town and 2 communes of Xuan Thanh and Tang Thanh. Each bicycle is worth 1.5 million VND.
