25 voters' opinions reflected via hotline on the first day of the 9th session
(Baonghean.vn) - On the first day of the 9th Session of the Provincial People's Council, term XVII, 2016 - 2021, through the online telephone line, the Provincial People's Council received feedback from more than 25 voters in the province.

The content of voters' reflections and recommendations focused on land management, site clearance, slow issuance of certificates of house ownership in apartment buildings, urban management, inadequacies in traffic infrastructure, "black spots" of traffic accidents; policies for people with meritorious services, workers, etc.
Voter Nguyen Thi Thanh (Dien Phuc commune, Dien Chau district) reported that the People's Committee of Dien Phuc commune allowed Ms. Tuong's family to build a project on the traffic corridor of National Highway 7A, causing outrage among the people; at the same time, requested that competent authorities promptly handle this violation.
Voter Nguyen Duy The (Thanh Yen commune, Thanh Chuong district) reported that the People's Committee of Thanh Yen commune, in the process of building a drainage ditch since 2013, "borrowed" a small area from his family and committed to provide compensation, but so far has not provided it as promised. Although the People's Committee of Thanh Chuong district has issued a document directing the People's Committee of Thanh Yen commune to resolve the issue before June 30, 2016, the locality has not yet implemented it.
Voter Nguyen Van Duc (Nghi Phu commune, Vinh city) reported that the compensation price for land acquisition for the 95m road project for his family was not satisfactory; requested Vinh city People's Committee to consider and resolve the benefits for his family.
Regarding traffic safety, voter Tran Quoc Cuong (working at the Provincial People's Court) reflected that traffic accidents often occur at the intersection between Pham Dinh Toai and Truong Van Linh streets, and requested the province and relevant sectors to take remedial measures.
Regarding urban order management, voter Tran Thao Nguyen (Truong Thi ward, Vinh city) reported that in recent years, Nguyen Tat Thanh park has become a place for beverage service business, occupying the entire park area, and social evils have appeared. Therefore, it is recommended that the Vinh city People's Committee take measures to completely handle this situation, so that the park can truly be a place for cultural activities for the people.
Regarding policies, voter Phan Trong Chinh (Hoa Binh town, Tuong Duong district) reflected that according to Instruction No. 124 dated January 22, 2015 of the General Department of Politics on resolving backlogs and rewarding achievements for those who participated in the war in Laos, Cambodia and the northern border, the People's Committee of Hoa Binh town has completed the files of eligible beneficiaries to send to the District People's Committee for synthesis, requesting the Provincial People's Committee to consider since August 2016, but up to now, those who completed those files have not yet received the policies. Request the Provincial People's Committee and relevant sectors to consider, clarify the reasons and respond to voters clearly.

Voter Le Thi The (Nam Son commune, Do Luong district) requested competent authorities to consider and resolve the subsidy regime for those who had work accidents while constructing Hiep Hoa culvert, Do Luong district in 1978.
Regarding the education sector, voter Nguyen Thanh Vinh (Dinh Son commune, Anh Son district) reported that a number of teachers in Anh Son district had English certificates from Vinh Industrial University but were not qualified to be classified as civil servants because this school did not have the function of training and granting certificates according to the list approved by the Provincial People's Committee. He requested the Provincial People's Committee and relevant sectors to consider this issue.
Based on the opinions and recommendations of voters, on behalf of the session chair, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Cao Thi Hien received and affirmed the responsibility of the Provincial People's Council to synthesize and send to all levels and sectors, and at the same time monitor, urge and supervise the settlement of all levels and sectors and respond to voters.
