Specifically, regarding the field of natural resources and environment, Ms. Vo Thi Hong (Nghi Huong ward, Cua Lo town) reported that the issuance of land use right certificates by the local government was beyond her authority, although she had submitted many petitions to the authorities, but to date it has not been resolved.

This issue was also requested by voter Nguyen Ba Thanh (Yen Son commune, Do Luong district) to have solutions to resolve the issue of granting land use right certificates to people whose land was sold by the commune without authority since 1992.

Also related to land, some voters in Block 10, Hung Nguyen town reported that their land was confiscated without a confiscation decision. Voter Nguyen Van Cuong (Quang Tien ward, Thai Hoa town) requested the Provincial People's Council to inspect and handle any violations in the government's conversion of land planned for residential roads to land for auction.

Regarding the agricultural and rural areas, voter Pham Quang Hoang (Dinh Son commune, Anh Son district) requested the Provincial People's Committee to clarify the reasons and direct 65 households in village 8 with dead tea trees to receive support for damage caused by the 2015 drought, ensuring the rights of tea growers.

Voter Tran Huu An (Vinh Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district) proposed that the province should have measures to provide quality seeds and agricultural materials to people in localities without agricultural cooperatives, to avoid the situation where farmers buy seeds and materials without permission, causing damage to production.

Regarding traffic safety, voter Dao Van Tuong (Khai Son commune, Anh Son district) reported the encroachment of traffic safety corridors on Ho Chi Minh road and National Highway 7 passing through the area. In particular, in 2014, the People's Committee of Khai Son commune leased land to build 28 kiosks on the traffic safety corridor, causing unsafety on the route, but the direction of clearance is still slow and not thorough.

Fully accepting the opinions, recommendations and reflections of voters sent to the session, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Cao Thi Hien affirmed: The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council will consider, forward to competent agencies for resolution and respond to voters.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council also requested the Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches, and People's Committees of districts, cities, and towns to receive, seriously resolve, and respond to voters.
