40 Lao military officers receive defense training in Nghe An

Nghe An Provincial Military Command has just organized the opening of a training course on local military and defense knowledge and experience exchange for officers of Xieng Khouang Provincial Military Command (Lao PDR).

The training course lasts 45 days. During this time, 40 trainees will exchange some experiences in advising local authorities on planning and building defense zones; exchange some main contents in Party activities, political work of agencies and units, political education, mass mobilization, propaganda, military rear policy work; some experiences in logistics and technical work. Speaking at the opening ceremony, Commander of the Provincial Military Command, Colonel Tran Van Hung, hoped that the trainees would overcome difficulties, especially in language, to grasp the knowledge during the training process; at the same time, apply it flexibly and creatively in the process of performing tasks at their units.
