LConstruction, traffic and urban managementThere were 12 comments reflecting that the investor of Long Son Urban Area project (Thai Hoa town) collected capital contributions but did not ensure the rights of the people, requesting competent authorities to direct the resolution; recommending the People's Committee of Do Luong district to completely resolve the case of the People's Committee of Tru Son commune demolishing the fence surrounding the cemetery of 2 families; recommending upgrading a number of roads and drainage systems in Vinh city; upgrading and renovating the road section from National Highway 7 to the General Youth Volunteer Corps 1 and the road section from the General Youth Volunteer Corps 1 to Ho Chi Minh road.

Voters in Vinh city and Yen Thanh district proposed that the province have solutions to increase the disbursement rate of public investment capital and have a plan to transfer slow investments; expand the underpass across the highway from Dien Yen commune (Dien Chau district) to Duc Thanh commune (Yen Thanh district), creating convenience for people to travel.

Industry and TradeThere is a complaint that the power station at the intersection of Phung Phuc Kieu and Dinh Cong Trang streets (Le Mao ward, Vinh city) is located in an area with many schools and near residential areas, causing danger. It is recommended that the competent authority direct the relocation of this power station or move it to ensure safety for people and students.
