47 vocational teachers in Nghe An compete in 12 'hot' majors

(Baonghean.vn) - 47 teachers representing nearly 2,500 vocational teachers in Nghe An province participated in the 2017 Provincial Vocational Education Teachers' Conference, which opened on the morning of October 24.

The opening ceremony was held at the Viet Duc Technical College. Attending the ceremony were representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, leaders of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, the Department of Science and Technology, and a large number of teachers and students.

The teaching conference is a professional activity held every three years to promote the emulation movement of good teaching and good learning, to encourage and motivate teachers of vocational training institutions to actively study, practice and improve their professional qualifications and skills.

This year, through the grassroots teaching conference, 47 outstanding teachers from 17 units were selected, representing nearly 2,500 teachers to participate in the provincial teaching conference, moving towards attending the national teaching conference in 2018.

The conference will take place over 6 days, from October 23 to 28, 2017. At the conference, teachers will compete in 12 currently 'hot' professions such as industrial electricity, mechanics - welding, electronic engineering... The competition will be in the form of presentations and integrated teaching.
