5 great tips to help check your health at home
You usually only go to the doctor when your body has symptoms, so why not check your health regularly to know your body's condition. Apply the following methods to check your health right away!
1. Breath test

Use a spoon to scrape your tongue, as close to your throat as possible, collect the mucus on the surface of your tongue, then put it in a sealed plastic bag and leave it under the light for about 1 minute, then take it out and smell it to see the result.
Results: If the spoon has thick, colored, and smelly plaque, it is a sign of respiratory, intestinal, liver, and kidney diseases. If the spoon smells like fruit, it is a sign of diabetes; if it smells like ammonia and has a yellowish color, it is a sign of digestive diseases.
2. Check stomach acid levels

Use baking soda to check the acid concentration of your stomach. Just mix 1 teaspoon of baking soda in a cup of water and drink it on an empty stomach.
Result: If you burp less than 5 minutes later, it means your stomach is quite healthy. Otherwise, it means your stomach is not working properly and is prone to indigestion.
3. Check the toughness

Stand in front of a mirror with one leg crossed and squat down, leaning forward, then stand up without any assistance.
Result: If you can do this movement without the support of your upper body, it means that you have a very healthy skeleton. Note: those who have bone and joint diseases should not perform this test.
4. Check blood circulation

Lie on the bed, lift both legs up to form a 45 degree angle with the bed, then quickly twist your body so that both legs press firmly against the bed, hold for about 1 minute, then lower your legs, keeping your legs at a 90 degree angle.
Result: If your feet are pale and take a few minutes to turn pink again, you may have a blood clot and are at risk of cardiovascular disease; in a normal person, it only takes about 10 to 30 seconds for your feet to turn pink again.
5. Vision test

Cover your right eye with your hand and look at the large door frame for 30 seconds, then do the same with your left eye.
Result: If the window frames are parallel to each other as they actually are, it means your eyes are normal. If the window frames are deformed or distorted, it means your eyes have macular degeneration.
