5 main tasks and solutions to restore Nghe An's socio-economic development in 2022
(Baonghean.vn) - Nghe An Provincial People's Committee issued a Plan to implement the Resolutions of the Government and the National Assembly on the Socio-Economic Recovery and Development Program; fiscal and monetary policies to support the Socio-Economic Recovery and Development Program.
Pursuant to Resolution No. 11/NQ-CP dated January 30, 2022 of the Government on the Program foreconomic and social recovery and developmentand implementing Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 of the National Assembly on fiscal and monetary policies to support the Socio-Economic Recovery and Development Program, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee issued an implementation plan with 5 main tasks and solutions as follows:
1- Flexibly and effectively implement the goal of both preventing and fighting the Covid-19 pandemic and recovering and developing the socio-economy associated with investment and improving the capacity of the grassroots health system;
2-Ensure social security and employment support;
3- Support the recovery of enterprises, cooperatives, and business households; remove difficulties and create favorable conditions for enterprises and people in production and business activities;

4-Invest in infrastructure development; speed up disbursement of public investment capital;
5- Institutional reform, administrative reform, improving the investment and business environment
Regarding implementation, the Provincial People's Committee assigns provincial departments, branches, and sectors and People's Committees of districts, cities, and towns, according to their functions, tasks, and authority, to focus on directing and implementing related tasks and solutions in Resolution No. 11/NQ-CP of the Government and this Plan.
Actively coordinate to grasp the situation, reflect difficulties and obstacles and propose timely and effective solutions; Strengthen inspection, urging and supervision of the implementation process, be responsible to the Provincial People's Committee for the results of implementing support policies and tasks and solutions stated in this Plan according to the sector and management field;
For support policies that do not have implementation guidelines from the Central Government, the departments and branches shall proactively coordinate with relevant ministries and branches to advise the Provincial People's Committee to develop a specific implementation plan (immediately after the Central Government issues guidelines). Periodically, before August 18, 2022, August 18, 2023 and April 18, 2024, report on the implementation status to the Department of Planning and Investment for monitoring and reporting synthesis.

The Department of Information and Communications directs local press and radio agencies to promptly and accurately inform about the epidemic situation and the work of preventing and fighting Covid-19 in the province; inform and propagate about the implementation of policies to support businesses and people, the results of the implementation of the Program for socio-economic recovery and development in all fields; create consensus in society and strengthen people's trust.
The Department of Planning and Investment shall preside over and coordinate with the Office of the Provincial People's Committee to monitor, urge, synthesize and evaluate the implementation of the Plan; periodically before August 25, 2022, August 25, 2023 and April 25, 2024, advise the Provincial People's Committee to report on the results of the implementation of the Program in the province to the Ministry of Planning and Investment for synthesis. Timely report and advise the Provincial People's Committee to resolve issues arising in the process of implementing this Plan.
The Provincial People's Committee requests the Directors of Departments, Heads of provincial agencies and sectors, Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, cities and towns and Heads of relevant agencies to seriously organize and effectively implement.
