500 soldiers and militia help people build cultural houses
(Baonghean.vn) - Nearly 500 soldiers, militia and self-defense forces from the three communes of Mon Son, Yen Khe, Luc Da and youth union members of the Con Cuong District Military Command coordinated to help the people of the border commune of Mon Son renovate the cultural house of Xieng village.

Xieng village community cultural house is one of the community tourism spots of the commune. However, the ground of the cultural house is rough; in this campaign, the Con Cuong District Military Command mobilized nearly 500 people including officers, soldiers of the unit, militia and self-defense forces to coordinate with local organizations and people in the village to renovate and upgrade the ground area of this community cultural house.
After a day of urgent construction, the army and people dug and leveled 300m of ground.3soil and rock. This is also the target of the new rural area in 2018.

On this occasion, the Party Committee of the Con Cuong District Military Command presented 3 gifts, each worth 300,000 VND, to a heroic Vietnamese mother and 2 policy families with difficult circumstances in the commune.
This is one of the activities responding to the movement "Army joins hands to build new rural areas"; contributing to strengthening the military-civilian relationship, helping the locality soon complete the national target program on new rural construction.
