650 Nghe An enterprises participate in dialogue with Tax Department
(Baonghean.vn) - At the eTax electronic tax service dialogue and training conference on the morning of May 29, 650 enterprises in Nghe An province had a direct dialogue with the Tax Department about problems in the process of using electronic invoices.
At the conference, businesses were trained by Nghe An Tax Department to deploy the electronic tax service system (eTax).
This is an electronic tax service system that replaces the online tax declaration system (iHTKK) and electronic tax payment system (NTĐT) to perform tax declaration, tax refund, electronic tax payment... into a single system; at the same time, it adds a number of functions to facilitate taxpayers in electronic transactions with tax authorities.
This system has been officially put into use by Nghe An Tax Department since May 6, 2019.

On the other hand, enterprises are informed about the duties and powers of tax authorities at all levels and agencies and organizations related to the management and use of electronic invoices; Rights, obligations and responsibilities of agencies, organizations and individuals in the management and use of electronic invoices; Principles for creating, managing and using electronic invoices and electronic invoices with tax authority codes.
Responsibilities of sellers of goods and service providers using electronic invoices without tax authority codes; management of the use of electronic invoice data, regulations on enforcement of tax administrative decisions.

The basic functions of the eTax system include:
Electronic tax declaration:Allows taxpayers to prepare and submit tax declarations and tax refund requests to tax authorities, and receive feedback on the status of dossier processing from tax authorities (similar to the online tax declaration system).
Electronic tax payment:Allows taxpayers to create and send tax payment slips (GNT) to tax authorities (similar to the electronic tax payment system). In addition, adding the function of approving payment slips, allowing taxpayers to delegate the function of creating and approving GNT to different accounts to ensure strict control of tax payment within the enterprise's management.
Business account management:Allows enterprises to create and assign permissions to sub-accounts for management within the enterprise.
Look up tax information:Allows taxpayers to look up some information: Obligations to declare according to registration; tax payable, excess payment, deduction amount to be carried forward to next period; tax amount arising according to declaration, tax amount arising according to tax payment voucher, tax amount arising according to decisions determined by tax authorities.
Q&A:Allows taxpayers to send questions to tax authorities and receive answers from tax authorities via electronic channels. Tax authorities' questions will be automatically sent to that tax authority and can be classified according to a number of pre-defined criteria such as: tax rate, business type, tax obligations.
