The King Mai Hac De Relic Site is located on the bank of Lam River, in Nam Dan town, and is ranked as a National Historical and Cultural Relic by the Ministry of Culture and Information. The relic site has 3 items: King Mai Temple, about 3 km from the temple is King Mai's tomb and the King's mother's tomb. King Mai Hac De's real name is Mai Thuc Loan, from Dong Liet (now Nam Thai commune). In 713, Mai Thuc Loan mobilized the people and heroes to rise up against the Tang Dynasty.
