These passengers were on flight VN 1262 on May 30, departing from Ho Chi Minh City to Vinh City, landing at 9:55. There were 167 passengers on this flight, including a real estate tycoon couple from Binh Duong who were visiting their hometown in Ha Tinh City. Before returning home, the couple had contact with a patient from Hanoi who had arrived in Binh Duong on May 29. During the few days in Ha Tinh, the couple's travel schedule was quite complicated, coming into contact with many people.
On June 4, after learning that someone they had been in contact with had Covid-19, they contacted the Ha Tinh Center for Disease Control to get tested along with 6 family members. The results showed that the couple tested positive for nCoV. To date, Ha Tinh has recorded 2 F1s of this couple testing positive for Covid-19.
Faced with the complicated developments of the epidemic, the Nghe An Department of Transport requires passenger transport businesses on fixed inter-provincial routes, buses, contract vehicles, tourist vehicles, and taxis to only carry a maximum of 50% of their capacity and no more than 20 people on the vehicle (for sleeper buses with 2 rows of beds on both sides and all beds have curtains, the number of passengers can be carried according to the design), for taxis with less than 7 seats, they are allowed to carry no more than 3 people (including the driver), and to spray disinfectant after the end of the journey.
At the same time, the Department also requires all passengers, drivers and staff on the vehicle to wear masks throughout the journey, wash their hands with disinfectant before boarding the vehicle, have their temperature taken, make an honest health declaration (full name, address, phone number, time and place of boarding/disembarking the vehicle); arrange seats apart and limit talking on the vehicle....
