85% of Vietnamese people are not satisfied with their jobs.
After a survey of nearly 13,000 workers, recruitment site JobStreet Vietnam said that up to 85% of survey participants are dissatisfied with their current jobs.

The number of workers who said they were willing to look for a new job when they were not satisfied with their job also accounted for a higher percentage of 73%.
Boring work and a lack of clear direction are the main reasons for this "dissatisfaction" (55%), JobStreet said. Another main reason is that the salary is not suitable for the job (54%).
In addition, 37% of workers said they were dissatisfied with their jobs because they did not learn much. Meanwhile, nearly 33% said the scope of work was unclear and 30% said there was a lack of benefits from the company.
This requires businesses to have a strategy to "retain" talent as well as help employees feel satisfied with their current jobs. According to the survey, employees want career advancement (63%) and salary increases (53%). In addition, employees also want a balance between work and life (50%)./.
