9 Nghe An people were recognized with the title of Professor in 2019

The State Council of Professors has worked seriously, the rate of achieving Professor and Associate Professor titles compared to the total number of candidates initially registered at the basic Councils of Professors in 2019 is 58.48% (photo by the Ministry of Education and Training).
