Brother-in-law commits perverted act with sister-in-law under 16 years old

According to the indictment: at about 3:00 p.m. on December 18, 2018, Vi Thanh Ky and his wife (who was pregnant) went from his house to his mother-in-law's house in Hoa Son hamlet, Phu Son commune, Tan Ky district to visit his parents and eat there.

At around 4:00 p.m. the same day, after finishing eating and drinking, Mr. Lo Van Tinh (Ky's wife's uncle) invited Ky to his house to drink wine, Ky agreed. At around 8:00 p.m. the same day, Ky walked back to his mother-in-law's house and borrowed a motorbike to buy instant noodles to eat.

At his mother-in-law's house, Ky told his niece LTX (Ky's wife's younger sister), born in 2004, "Get in the car, go out here and buy a pack of instant noodles and then take the car home". Then, Ky drove X towards Tien Ky commune. After traveling about 1 km, Ky had the intention of raping X, so he turned the motorbike to the right on the dirt road, and after traveling about 100 meters, Ky stopped the motorbike.

Seeing that, X asked Ky."Why did you bring me here?"Sign reply“Come here with me for a bit.”Then Ky went ahead, X followed on foot towards the cassava garden in hamlet 12, Tien Ky commune. When they reached the acacia garden, Ky turned around and hugged X. Seeing that, X pushed him away and ran away.

When X ran about 2 meters toward the acacia garden, he tripped and fell. At that time, Ky ran over and committed a cruel act despite X's screams and resistance. Ky saw a white shirt nearby so he used it to tie X's hands and continued to commit the depraved act. Ky threatened X."Don't tell anyone when you get home,"then took the motorbike to take X home.

On the way back to Thanh Hai dam area in Hung Son hamlet, Phu Son commune, X fell off his motorbike, so he called his mother to come and take him home on a motorbike, while Ky Tu rode his motorbike home.

On December 19, 2018, X filed a report to the police. At 02:00 on December 20, 2018, Ky went to Tan Ky District Police to surrender and confessed to all his crimes.

After receiving the victim's report, the Tan Ky District Police Department conducted an investigation of the scene and collected evidence.

The conclusion of the Nghe An Province Forensic Center shows that: On X's body there are some intermittent skin abrasions in some parts and she was sexually abused.

At the end of the trial, the panel sentenced Ky to 7 years and 6 months in prison.
