LieMore than 7 km from the commune center, the village has over 80 households with 400 people. To get to the villages in the commune center, people only have one way, which is to cross a stream more than 10m wide. This is a stream with a fairly large slope, when the flood rises, the flow is very fast, very dangerous; in the dry season, the water is low but traveling is still difficult, especially for students going to school.
To solve that difficulty, the People's Committee of Thach Ngan commune allocated funds to support the village with over 6 tons of cement, mobilized excavators to dig piers, and provided 12 old electric poles to make bridge pillars. With the support of the commune, on October 8 and 9, hundreds of households in the village contributed labor and wood to complete the bridge.
The bridge is 60m long, nearly 3m wide, with wooden beams and decks, and cost nearly 20 million VND to complete, creating convenient travel conditions for people.

Mr. Lo Thanh Huan - Vice Chairman of Thach Ngan Commune People's Committee said: "Although it is only a temporary bridge, it has contributed to solving the travel needs of the people, especially the students and teachers at Ke Tre village school. After the bridge is completed, the commune will assign the Youth Union to take responsibility for protecting, maintaining and repairing the bridge."
