According to the President's Proposal, Ms. Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh - Deputy Chief of the Party Central Office was nominated to hold the position of Vice President to replace Ms. Nguyen Thi Doan.

Ms. Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh was born in 1959, from Quang Nam - Member of the Party Central Committee, 11th and 12th terms, National Assembly Delegate, 11th and 13th terms.

Mr. Le Minh Tri - Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission was introduced to hold the position of Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy to replace Mr. Nguyen Hoa Binh.

Mr. Le Minh Tri was born in 1960, from Ho Chi Minh City, bachelor of law. Member of the 12th Party Central Committee, former Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.
