*Super typhoon RAGASAThe strongest wind near the storm center reaches level 17 (202-221 km/h), gusting above level 17. In the next 24 to 72 hours, the super storm will continue to move west and gradually weaken but still maintain a very strong intensity when entering the Gulf of Tonkin. Tonight and tomorrow night (September 23), the storm will enter the East Sea, maintaining its strength at level 17.
