After presenting the summary of Party building work during the 12th Congress, Comrade Pham Minh Chinh - Politburo member, Head of the Central Organization Commission emphasized the directions for Party building work during the 13th Congress, especially 10 tasks and solutions that need to be implemented synchronously and effectively in Party building work, including: Strengthening Party building in terms of politics; Paying attention to Party building in terms of ideology; Focusing on Party building in terms of ethics; Continuing to innovate and perfect the organizational apparatus and improving the efficiency of the political system; Consolidating and improving the quality of grassroots Party organizations and Party members.
