Three young men 'sandwiched', swerved, and resisted traffic police, causing public outrage
The Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Province said it is verifying and clarifying the case of three young men driving a motorbike without helmets, weaving, speeding, and challenging the authorities.
Previously, on the evening of May 24, a clip of more than 2 minutes long was circulated on social networks, recording the image of three teenagers riding together on a motorbike, without helmets, continuously performing dangerous acts on a road believed to be in the VSIP Nghe An Urban Area, Hung Tay Commune, Hung Nguyen District.
According to the clip, the violating vehicle was chased by a specialized traffic police vehicle, its siren blaring continuously and signaling to stop. However, the driver did not comply and accelerated to escape, at one point nearly causing an accident for pedestrians due to weaving and swerving at high speed.
Only when a specialized traffic police vehicle blocked the narrow road was the car carrying three teenagers forced to stop.
