Closely follow the breath of people's lives
(Baonghean) - Recently, the XIV National Assembly deputies - Nghe An Provincial National Assembly Delegation met with voters after the first session. It can be said that this was a meeting with National Assembly deputies in which voters frankly discussed and made recommendations on many "hot" issues with the National Assembly deputies whom they trusted and voted for in the last election.
On the contrary, National Assembly deputies also promote their role as elected representatives by listening, absorbing and immediately resolving many issues that arise.
Concerns and responsibilities
With a straightforward attitude, promoting the right to mastery, voters reflect many practical and inadequate issues from the grassroots with the expectation that National Assembly deputies will promptly convey them to the National Assembly forum and State agencies to find solutions.
Voter Nguyen Xuan Dinh - Head of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Quynh Luu district, pointed out the current situation, Decree 67 had expired by the end of December 2016 but banks had only signed credit contracts to build 20 ships. On the other hand, some banks were hesitant to lend.
“This is a correct policy, in line with the wishes of fishermen. Therefore, I request that the Government continue to extend the implementation period as well as pay attention to removing difficulties and speeding up the progress of lending to fishermen,” said voter Dinh.

This is also the issue that voter Vu Thi Luan - Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Quynh Long commune, Quynh Luu district, representing voters of this coastal commune, reflected so that fishermen have the conditions to build large ships to go offshore and stick to the sea.
Agriculture, rural areas and farmers associated with the implementation of the National Target Program on New Rural Development are also issues that many voters have reflected to the National Assembly Deputies. Giving his opinion to the delegates of constituency No. 4, voter Nguyen Phuong Phu - Vice Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Thanh Chuong district asked the question:
The National Assembly, the Government, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development pay much attention to the agricultural policy. However, how effective are these policies? At the same time, the reality is that food prices remain the same, but input materials such as fertilizers and agricultural supplies have increased.
“I propose that the National Assembly supervise input materials for fertilizer and agricultural supplies production to ensure reasonable prices. From there, people will have a higher standard of living and be more interested in the fields,” said Mr. Phu.

Also related to rural areas, Mr. Nguyen Viet Thanh - Deputy Director of Thanh Chuong District Population Center, worried: "There needs to be a policy to bring factories to rural areas to solve local employment. Universities and colleges must train with output. Colleges and universities cannot be used for business."
Responding to voters' opinions on this issue, State Auditor General Ho Duc Phoc - Member of the 14th National Assembly said: he will give opinions to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, including including fertilizers in the list of goods managed by the State for monitoring and inspection to ensure quality for farmers.
Mr. Ho Duc Phoc also informed voters about Nghe An province's solutions in attracting investment and bringing factories to rural areas to create jobs for local people.
During this meeting, voters of Do Luong district reflected on the shortcomings in the construction of new rural areas. Speaking right at the hall in front of a large number of voters, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Quang Huy - Member of the 14th National Assembly said that currently there are some criteria for new rural areas that are not really suitable.

The internal traffic system of Hoa Son commune, Do Luong is invested systematically, associated with the planning of building large-scale model fields. |
“There are some localities that are building new rural areas but are chasing after achievements despite limited resources. Therefore, the outstanding debt is very high. We will recommend that criteria be set that are suitable for each locality, suitable for reality, and that every commune cannot do the same,” said Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Quang Huy.
There are many other people's issues that voters from all regions in the province trust to "order" from the National Assembly Deputies. Thereby, it is hoped that with the position of a bridge between voters and the authorities at all levels, the functional agencies, the elected representatives will have a voice to contribute to the completion and adjustment of policies to better suit the reality of life, meeting the aspirations of the majority of voters and people.
Hot treatment instructions
Voter Dinh Trong Thuy - Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Son Commune, Quynh Luu District, reported: Recently, a business in Vinh City organized a land auction according to a contract. The organization was carried out in accordance with the provisions of the law, but there were large loopholes leading to land brokers. The recent auction of 59 land lots in the commune had up to 300 land brokers from many places participating, causing resentment among the people. The Fatherland Front of the commune was also prevented from participating in supervision.
“I suggest that National Assembly delegates recommend that the authorities amend the legal regulations or, if they cannot be amended, strengthen State management measures to limit the situation of brokers in land auctions. On the auction day, they took away 2 billion VND from Tan Son residents,” Mr. Thuy said indignantly.
Responding to voters' questions about this issue, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the 14th National Assembly assessed that, according to the information provided by the commune, land brokers are rampant in land auctions and the auction organizers are responsible.

Accordingly, the Provincial Party Secretary requested Quynh Luu district to re-examine, if such phenomenon exists, the next auctions must definitely be corrected, even if there is sufficient evidence, the auction company must be strictly punished. Do not let the local people have to lose money from "brokers" when auctioning land.
Similarly, at the meeting with voters in Anh Son district, voter Nguyen Thanh Minh, Hoi Son commune, reported that the Commune Police Chief collected fees for making ID cards in violation of regulations. That is, collecting an additional 10,000 VND/person, with the reason of serving hand sanitizer, forms, and glue. As the head of the Provincial Police, Colonel Nguyen Huu Cau - XIV National Assembly member requested that the Police in charge of administrative management of Anh Son district must explain to voters.
The district police have investigated and asked the commune police chief to return the police to the people, but most of the people refused to accept it. The commune police chief was later removed from the list of commune-level People's Council members. The commune authorities will consider and handle any future disciplinary actions.
“If you don’t want to help, then don’t collect any more money from the people, even if it’s 1,000 VND. If there are any concerns or complaints about the security and order situation, people can just say it, if I can do it, I will thoroughly resolve it right here,” Colonel Nguyen Huu Cau affirmed to voters.
