Friends mourn the funeral of the murdered female student
(Baonghean.vn) - Before the unjust death of female student Pham Thi Hang (grade 12, Con Cuong High School), many people came to see the victim off to her final resting place.
On the afternoon of December 2, many local people, friends and teachers attended the funeral of Pham Thi Hang (17 years old, residing in Bong Khe commune, Con Cuong district).
Seeing the mother in pain before the coffin, everyone could not hold back their tears. Few people expected that the always youthful Hang would die in such a painful way.

Sitting absent-mindedly at the funeral, Ms. Nguyen Thi Van (40 years old, Hang's biological mother) said that at noon on November 29, Hang's boyfriend named Quy (18 years old, residing in Con Cuong district) came to the house and asked the family's permission to take Hang out.
"At 4 p.m. the same day, Hang texted her mother to say she was shopping at the market and then disappeared until her body was discovered," said Ms. Van.
According to Ms. Van, the next morning Hang still had not returned, so the family organized a search but to no avail. When they contacted Quy to inquire, they learned that he had been beaten and had to be hospitalized for stitches.
Going down to the hospital where Quy was treated, the young man confirmed that he had taken Hang to the front alley of her house.
“At that time, the family did not think anything bad had happened and continued to search. But after more than 2 days without any sign of the patient, we decided to report it to the police,” said Ms. Van.

During the investigation, authorities found Hang's body at around 10 p.m. on December 1, in the mountain area behind Pu Mat National Park.
During the autopsy, authorities discovered multiple knife wounds on the victim’s body. At around 5:00 a.m. on December 2, the victim’s body was handed over to the family.
Among the crowd of people seeing off the unfortunate female student were many classmates, all of whom could not hold back their tears at Hang's sudden passing.

“Just a few days ago we were having fun and discussing studying for the upcoming exam. But now she has left us,” a female student in Hang’s class said sadly.
Regarding the incident, on December 2, information from Con Cuong District Police, the unit initiated a case, prosecuted the accused, and temporarily detained Pham Van Quy (18 years old, residing in Chi Khe commune, Con Cuong district) for 4 months to investigate the crime of Murder. Currently, the authorities are completing the documents to handle in accordance with legal regulations. |
