Tuong Duong District Military Command organizes 'Zero-dong booth' for people in remote areas

(Baonghean.vn) - Towards the 92nd anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's traditional day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2022) and to celebrate the founding day of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22), on the morning of November 8, the Military Command of Tuong Duong district organized a "Zero Dong stall" in Cha Lo village, Mai Son border commune, to support essential goods for people in remote areas.

Cha Lo village, Mai Son border commune, Tuong Duong highland district is home to the Kho Mu ethnic group. The lives of the people in Cha Lo village are facing countless difficulties.

To contribute to sharing some of the difficulties, helping people improve their lives, and at the same timeIn order to demonstrate the affection and responsibility of the district's armed forces in caring for the lives of the poor, thereby continuing to consolidate and strengthen the solidarity between the army and the people, the Military Command of Tuong Duong district organized a "Zero Dong Booth" with donations from officers and soldiers in the unit.

From early morning, Cha Lo villagers gathered in large numbers at the venue. After a brief opening ceremony, people participating in the booth were free to choose clothes that suited them without having to pay any fees.

It is known that previously, the Military Command of Tuong Duong district also organized a "Zero Dong Booth" in Na Be village, Xa Luong commune.
