At the Kim Lien National Special Relic Site, comrade Ngoc Kim Nam and officials and civil servants of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission offered a bouquet of fresh flowers and incense to the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh to express their respect and gratitude for his contributions.

During life,President Ho Chi Minhpaid great attention to mass mobilization work. He pointed out, “The people’s strength is very great. Mass mobilization is very important. If mass mobilization is poor, everything will be poor. If mass mobilization is skillful, everything will be successful.” Deeply remembering Uncle Ho’s teachings, in recent times, the Provincial Party Committee’s Mass Mobilization Committee has proactively and actively advised the Party Committee to strengthen leadership, direction, and promote the implementation of mass mobilization work.

The Committee advised the Provincial Party Standing Committee to promulgate the Regulations on mass mobilization work of the political system of Nghe An province; Resolution on "Strengthening the Party's leadership to improve the quality and effectiveness of the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in the period of 2021 - 2025 and the following years" and a number of other important projects and directives.

Governments at all levels have specified the Party Committee's resolutions into resolutions, decisions, and policies to develop the socio-economy, improve the material and spiritual life of the people, especially support mechanisms for remote, mountainous, and particularly disadvantaged areas.

On this occasion, a delegation of officials and civil servants of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission visited Thuong Son commune, where the Provincial Party Committee was evacuated during the war against the US. The delegation presented gifts to the Commune People's Committee and 12 policy households in the commune.
