(Baonghean.vn) - Born in 1976, Lieutenant Colonel Phan Dai Nghia is one of the two youngest provincial military command commanders in the country.
On the morning of October 1, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command held a conference to hand over the position of Commander. Comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Lieutenant General Tran Vo Dung - Political Commissar of Military Region 4 co-chaired the conference.
Also attending the conference, on the side of Nghe An province were members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee: Le Hong Vinh - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrade Le Duc Cuong - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board. One day before, Military Region 4 presented the Decision of the Minister of National Defense on the appointment of Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Ha - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Commander of Nghe An Military Command to the position of Deputy Chief of Staff of Military Region 4; Lieutenant Colonel Phan Dai Nghia - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of Nghe An Military Command to the position of Commander of Nghe An Military Command.
At today's conference, delegates basically agreed with the minutes of the handover of the position of Commander of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command. Speaking as the handover person, Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Ha expressed his thanks to the leaders of Military Region 4 and the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for their attention and facilitation during the implementation of the tasks in the past time.

Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Ha, born in 1972, is from Hong Long commune, Nam Dan district. Since joining the army, he has held many positions in many units of Military Region 4. No matter what position he held, he has always completed his tasks excellently. From a young Lieutenant in the Phu Loc District Military Command (Thua Thien - Hue), to a platoon, company and battalion level officer of the 324th Division. In addition, he also held positions in the Cua Lo Town Military Command and then the Quynh Luu District Military Command, before working at the Nghe An Provincial Military Command. Up to now, he has held the position of Commander of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command for 2 years and 4 days.
Meanwhile, Lieutenant Colonel Phan Dai Nghia was born in 1976, from Nam Cat commune, Nam Dan. He is one of the two youngest provincial military command commanders in the entire army (the youngest is currently Lieutenant Colonel Doan Sinh Hoa - Commander of Quang Binh provincial military command, born in 1978, just appointed in July 2021).

Lieutenant Colonel Phan Dai Nghia graduated from the Military School of Military Region 4. In September 2014, he was appointed Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Thanh Chuong District Military Command; in March 2015, he was appointed Commander of the Nghia Dan District Military Command. He was appointed Deputy Chief of Staff of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command in September 2017 and then Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command.
Speaking at the conference, the new Commander of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command promised to continue to make efforts, overcome all difficulties, strive to train; build solidarity within the collective of the Provincial Military Command; and lead the agency and unit to successfully complete all assigned tasks. In the immediate future, the unit will focus on advising local Party committees and authorities to effectively implement military and defense tasks in the province. Review the tasks in 2021 as well as deploy the tasks in 2022. "In my new position, I personally hope to continue to receive the attention and support of the leaders of Military Region 4, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee," said Mr. Nghia.

Speaking at the conference, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee said that the leaders of Nghe An province highly appreciated the work of Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Ha in the past time. "Although the time holding the position of Commander of the Provincial Military Command is not long, what needs to be shown, he has shown and has been recognized", said comrade Nguyen Van Thong and hoped that Senior Colonel Phan Dai Nghia will also inherit and promote the results and achievements of the provincial armed forces in the past time.
Concluding the conference, Lieutenant General Tran Vo Dung asked the new Commander of the Provincial Military Command to continue to strive, train, and fulfill his tasks. Upholding the sense of responsibility, continuing to unite, unify, develop comprehensively and strongly with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee. In the immediate future, successfully carry out the remaining tasks of 2021, focusing on the provincial defense area exercise, scheduled to be held next November.
On this occasion, the Ministry of National Defense also decided to appoint Colonel Dinh Bat Van - Deputy Commander, Nghe An Military Command to hold the position of Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of Nghe An Military Command; Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Dinh Luan - Deputy Chief of Staff, Nghe An Military Command to hold the position of Deputy Commander, Nghe An Military Command.
Thus, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command currently has 3 deputy commanders, in addition to the newly appointed Colonel Van and Lieutenant Colonel Luan, there is also Colonel Duong Van Hien.
