Complete handover of coastal road project site in Nghe An section in August 2024

The coastal road project through Nghe An province has now handed over 58.19 km/59.91 km of land, reaching 97%. The Department of Transport said it will complete handing over the project site in August 2024.

It is known that in the past time, due to unfavorable weather, the construction progress of some items such as asphalt concrete paving and roadbed construction has been affected. Mr. Nguyen Van Quy - Vice Chairman of Quynh Luu District People's Committee said that the locality has 33 communes located on the coastal road, by the end of July, only 10 households in 3 communes: Quynh Thuan, Quynh Nghia and Tien Thuy have not handed over the site; 15 households in Quynh Tho commune have agreed to receive compensation for site clearance, but have not yet demolished their houses because there is still 1 household stuck with the handover of land for house construction.
