Speaking at the meeting, comrade Nguyen Van Quy - Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee, Chairman of the District Land Clearance Council emphasized: The coastal road project from Nghi Son (Thanh Hoa) to Cua Lo (Nghe An) is a key project of the province, so in order to soon open the route, organizing compulsory land clearance for the above 4 households is a very necessary task, to ensure strict compliance with the law and progress of the project.

He also said that during the campaign, Mrs. Bui Thi Hong's family requested to increase land prices, review all assets and resettle. The working group of the district and commune also conducted dialogue and analyzed for the family to understand that land prices must be applied according to State regulations.
Regarding the request for land recovery and resettlement, the district has also adjusted and is ready to agree. However, up to now, the family still does not agree to sign the documents to receive compensation for land clearance from the district.
Based on the opinions, Comrade Hoang Van Bo - Chairman of Quynh Luu District People's Committee suggested that before the enforcement, the district and Tien Thuy commune's land clearance working group should organize a peak period of propaganda and mobilization of households to agree with the State's land clearance policy; seek the consensus and support of local people for the district's enforcement work.
In addition, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quynh Luu district also requested that departments and functional units implement procedures, steps, and processes for enforcement strictly, in accordance with legal regulations, and must achieve high results, be safe, and not cause loss of security and order.
