The Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee established 5 research teams specializing in different types of party cells.

On August 15, 2019, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee issued Decision No. 3062 - QD/TU to establish 5 groups to conduct in-depth research on types of Party cells in the province.

Comrade Ho Phuc Hop - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee in charge of Group 1, conducted in-depth research on types of party cells in enterprises.

Group 2 led by comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, conducted in-depth research on types of party cells in public service units.

Group 3, led by Comrade Bui Thanh An - Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, is in charge of in-depth research on types of party cells in the armed forces.

Group 4, led by comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Agencies Party Committee, is in charge of in-depth research on types of party cells in agencies.

Group 5, led by comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, is in charge of in-depth research on types of Party cells in communes, wards and towns.

The decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee assigned the group leaders to mobilize cadres of their agencies to establish in-depth research teams, develop outlines according to Instruction No. 12-HD/BTCTW dated July 6, 2018 of the Central Organizing Committee to evaluate the quality of activities at the above types of Party cells. The results will be reported to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee before September 15, 2019 for synthesis.
