(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of October 29, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decision to merge the Personnel Policy Department with the Organizing Committee Office and announced decisions on personnel work.

After merging, the two above-mentioned departments will be named: General Department - Personnel Policy under the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board. Some staff and job positions will be transferred from the Organization Board Office to the Provincial Party Committee Office to implement the Joint Party Committee Office Project.
Also on this occasion, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decision to appoint the Head and Deputy Heads of the General Department - Personnel Policy and announced the decision to transfer a number of civil servants.
Thus, after the merger, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee has 5 specialized departments, reducing 1 department and 1 department head position, ensuring compliance with the approved organizational structure arrangement roadmap.
This activity also aims to implement Plan No. 111-KH/TU dated January 2, 2018 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Resolution of the 12th Central Committee, Session XII on continuing to innovate and reorganize the political system, streamline, operate effectively and efficiently.
