Huoi Pung village is a "3 no" village: no road, no national grid electricity and no phone signal. From the center of Huu Khuong commune, to get to this village, you have to take a boat for more than 30 minutes, then walk for nearly 1 hour to get there. Being the most remote village in the commune, and without a phone signal, the work of directing and managing the election is therefore much more difficult than in other places. To be proactive in the preparation work, the district and commune have regularly sent cadres to directly support the village. Photo: Dinh Tuan |
