Security guard for construction of overpass at Cau Giat town intersection

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 7, Cau Giat town organized security forces to construct an overpass at households that had agreed to receive compensation but had not yet handed over the site.

Implementing the direction of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Hoa at the meeting on September 6 on site clearance to speed up the progress of the project to build a different level intersection between National Highway 1 and National Highway 48B and the section of National Highway 48B connecting the intersection to Lach Quen port, on the morning of September 7, Cau Giat town organized a force to protect the construction of the overpass at households that had agreed to receive compensation but had not yet handed over the site.

This campaign was carried out by Cau Giat town at its peak in 2 days, September 7-8, 2017.

The town mobilized the entire political system with more than 100 members; in addition, there was support from the district land clearance council and the district police. The construction unit also mobilized machinery and human resources to support households in dismantling houses and cutting down trees.

Up to now, in Cau Giat town, there are still 43 households that have not handed over the site to the construction unit; of which 36 households have agreed on the plan and received compensation but have not handed over the site; 7 households have not agreed on the compensation plan and have not received the money, including Mr. Thai Ba Chau's household, Mr. Ho Quyet Chien's household, Mr. Nguyen Cong Hoan's household, Mr. Nguyen Hai Thanh's household, Mr. Phan Cong Hai's household, Mr. Dau Duc Tho's household and Mr. Cao Van Minh's household.

In addition to the campaign during these two peak days, from now until September 15, the town will maintain construction security forces at 36 households that have received compensation money to propagate, mobilize, and support households to dismantle constructions, cut down trees, and transport furniture to other places.

As for households that have not agreed with the compensation plan, the town will mobilize the political system, departments and organizations to continue to propagate and mobilize, and hold dialogues and meetings so that households soon agree with the compensation policy and plan.

According to the commitment, Cau Giat town will complete the site clearance and hand over the site to the last household on September 20, 2017, creating conditions for the contractor to complete the construction on schedule, striving to open the technical traffic of the project on November 15 this year./.
