Arrested 2 subjects transporting 600 synthetic drug pills while high on drugs

When discovered buying and selling drugs, Hoang and Tam were high on drugs, and both were controlled by the police.

Quang Tri Provincial Border Guard in coordination with the Provincial Police and the Customs Department have just arrested two subjects for illegally buying, selling, transporting and using drugs. The two arrested subjects are: Luong Thanh Hoang (21 years old), and Tran Minh Tam (27 years old), both residing in Ward 5, Dong Ha City, Quang Tri.

Two subjects Tam and Hoang were arrested.

At 6 p.m. on October 1, Tam drove a motorbike with license plate 74C1-138.11 carrying Hoang to meet a man (identity unknown) at a restaurant on Highway 9, in Lao Bao town to receive drugs. When preparing to return, he was arrested by the police.

When discovered, Hoang and Tam were in a state of "high" on drugs, both were controlled by the authorities and taken to the Lao Bao International Border Guard Station for investigation.

The exhibits were seized by the authorities.

At the scene, the police seized 600 pink synthetic drug pills hidden in 3 plastic bags. Searching Luong Thanh Hoang, the police discovered 5 more drug pills. The subjects admitted to all their actions.
