Arresting 'businessman' producing plastic pipes with fake labels Tien Phong

Under the guise of a private enterprise, the School produced fake plastic pipes bearing the Tien Phong brand.

On October 16, Hanoi City Police prosecuted and temporarily detained Dang Truong, 31 years old, residing in Long Xuyen commune, Phuc Tho district, Hanoi to investigate the act of producing and trading counterfeit goods.

Previously, the working group of Team 8, the Traffic Police Department coordinated with the Environmental Police Department of Hanoi City Police and Xuan Mai Town Police, Chuong My District, Hanoi City to conduct an administrative inspection of a car parked in Xuan Mai Town area, transporting more than 1,000 plastic pipes of various types, 4 meters long, labeled Tien Phong.

At the time of inspection, the two men in the car, Do Hoai Nam and Dang Truong, could not present documents proving the origin of the plastic pipes mentioned above, so Nam and Truong were taken to the police station for clarification.

At the same time, the police invited representatives of Tien Phong plastic pipe company to determine whether the above confiscated plastic pipes were genuine or not. The results showed that the plastic pipes confiscated from the car were all fake.

The police have carried out a search warrant on related subjects, including Truong's warehouse in Trieu Xuyen village, Long Xuyen commune, Phuc Tho district.

Here, the authorities seized about 1,500 more plastic tubes of various types bearing the fake Tien Phong brand, 3 boxes of blades, 2 bottles of printer ink, 1 printer and 1 controller, used to produce fake plastic tubes.

Initial investigation determined that Truong, under the guise of a private enterprise, produced fake Tien Phong branded plastic pipes. Truong purchased the raw materials from a plastic pipe company in Hai Phong, then brought them back to the factory and labeled them Tien Phong for sale.
