Previously, as Nghe An Newspaper reported, at around 1:00 p.m. this afternoon (August 1), at the house of Mr. Tran Van S., belonging to Forestry Processing Block 3, Quang Phong Ward, Thai Hoa Town, a murder occurred, resulting in the death of one man.

At that time, Mr. Tran Van C. (born in 1990) and his friend Le Dang Tuan (born in 1971), both living in Nghia Dan district, went to Mr. S's house to play.
