Election of key positions of People's Council and People's Committee of newly merged communes in Nghia Dan

The People's Council of Nghia Tho commune, Nghia Dan district, held a thematic meeting for the 2021-2026 term, electing key positions of the People's Council and People's Committee of the commune.

The new Nghia Tho commune was established on the basis of merging Nghia Phu commune into Nghia Tho commune according to Resolution No. 1243/NQ-UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of district and commune-level administrative units of Nghe An province for the period 2023 - 2025.

At the meeting on December 16, delegates of the People's Council of Nghia Tho commune voted to elect Mr. Truong Cong Canh - Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee to hold the position of Chairman of the Commune People's Council; Mr. Hoang Van Tan and Le Dang Lam to hold the position of Vice Chairmen of the Commune People's Council.

The People's Council of the commune also voted to elect Mr. Ho Huu Hoai - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune; Mr. Tran Dinh Hoa and Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuan to hold the position of Vice Chairmen of the People's Committee of the commune. At the same time, the Resolution was passed to elect the Head and Deputy Head of the Economic-Social Committee and the Legal Committee of the People's Council, members of the People's Committee of Nghia Tho commune, term XX, 2021-2026.

The meeting contributed to quickly stabilizing the organization and staff of Nghia Tho commune to carry out new tasks with the highest determination, focusing resources, making the best use of potentials and advantages, and promoting local socio-economic development.

On December 17, the People's Council of Nghia Hung commune, Nghia Dan district held the 15th session (special session) to elect key positions of the People's Council and People's Committee of the 20th term, 2021-2026 term after merging administrative units.

At the meeting, delegates voted to elect Ms. Truong Thi Giang - Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Commune People's Council. Mr. Bui Quang Vinh, Mr. Ho Xuan Hung and Mr. Nguyen Thi Duyen were elected to hold the position of Vice Chairmen of the People's Council of Nghia Hung Commune, term XX, 2021-2026.

Mr. Dinh The Hien - Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghia Hung Commune. Mr. Tran Van Dong, Nguyen Van Trung, Huu Nhu Ngoc, Tran Van Long were elected to hold the position of Vice Chairmen of the People's Committee of Nghia Hung Commune for the 2021-2026 term.

At the 15th session, the People's Council of Nghia Hung commune also determined the number of members of the People's Council's Committees, each committee consists of 5 members, elected the positions of Head, Deputy Head of the Legal Committee, the Economic - Social Committee of the People's Council, and members of the People's Committee of the commune.
