Arrested subject using fake documents to embezzle 600 million VND
Nguyen Dinh De was arrested for fraud and forgery.
On June 1, in Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province, the Criminal Police Team, Ha Long City Police, issued an emergency arrest warrant for Nguyen Dinh De for fraud and appropriation of 600 million VND.

Previously, on May 29, Nguyen Dinh De (born in 1993, hometown Dong Hung, Thai Binh) and his fellow countryman Nguyen Quang Khanh (born in 1988), drove a Toyota Corola car, license plate: 14A - 261.82 to a pawn shop in Bai Chay ward, Ha Long city, to pawn for 600 million VND.
Here, De presented his ID card and vehicle registration papers in the name of Nguyen Hoang Tuan, but with De's photo attached, with the intention of defrauding and appropriating 600 million VND.
Immediately after receiving feedback from the people, the Criminal Police force, Ha Long City Police coordinated with Bai Chay Ward Police to verify and clarify the subject's fraudulent behavior.
After three days, Nguyen Dinh De was arrested for fraud and forgery of documents and seals of agencies and organizations. The case is being further investigated by the Ha Long City Police, Quang Ninh Province./.
