Arrest of prostitution broker in Anh Son district

* At 4:00 p.m. on June 11, 2018, at Dung Hiep coffee shop, village 2, Thach Son commune, Anh Son district, Anh Son district police discovered and caught red-handed 2 couples engaging in prostitution.

Regarding the above behavior, the police force also quickly arrested Tran Van Dung (restaurant owner), residing in Thach Son commune, Anh Son district, for prostitution brokerage.

Through investigation and handling, the subjects confessed: the agreed price for each prostitution session was from 250,000 to 300,000 VND. This amount of money, the prostitutes had to pay for room rental of 50,000 VND; and pay the broker 100,000 VND. The prostitutes received from 100,000 VND to 150,000 VND/session of prostitution.

* That same evening, Anh Son District Police discovered and arrested two subjects for illegally buying and selling 101 synthetic drug pills.

At 10:50 p.m. on June 11, 2018, the Economic Crime Team of Anh Son District Police broke up Project 418M and caught Tran Dinh Nhat (born 1991) and Nguyen Thai Loc (born 1998), both residing in Tuong Son Commune, Anh Son District, in the act of illegally buying and selling drugs.

The seized evidence was 101 synthetic drug pills (including 100 pink pills and 1 blue pill) weighing 10.2g.

Currently, Anh Son District Police are continuing to investigate, expand the case and continue to clarify and handle it according to the provisions of law.

During 20 days (from May 22 to June 12), Anh Son district police investigated and cleared up 4 cases and arrested 6 subjects for illegally buying, selling, and storing 13.71 grams of drugs, including 120 pink pills.
