Previously, at 3:30 p.m. on June 10, in Huoi To village, Mai Son commune, Tuong Duong district, Nhon Mai Border Guard Station coordinated with the Drug and Crime Prevention Department, Nghe An Border Guard, and My Ly Border Guard Station to successfully destroy Project 371L, arresting 01 subject who was illegally transporting drugs.
The arrested subject is Va Ba Ta (born 1976), Mong ethnic group, with permanent residence in Pieng Cooc village, Mai Son commune, Tuong Duong district, who was illegally transporting 30 packages of synthetic drugs in tablet form (about 6,000 tablets).

According to initial statements, the subject transported the above amount of drugs for a stranger from across the border, with a transportation fee of 700,000 VND. When he arrived at the above location, he was arrested.
Nghe An Border Guard force has completed the case file, prosecuted the case and handed over the subject and evidence to the authorities for further investigation and handling.
